This has been the year of storms. In the past four weeks, we've had storms with huge snowfall amounts:
First 16", then 22", then 18", then 9", and 10" yesterday, with another foot or more to fall by the end
of the day today.
I took some pics of what we have so far. As of 8:30 EST today, this is what's going on at my place.

This is the birdbath on my balcony. It was full of water and functioning on Monday.

If you stand on my balcony and look to the left, there's the parking lot.
Yes, the snow piles are above the cars. That's not my car in the snow bank - mine is in the second row waiting to be dug out.

My building is in a courtyard with others. Across from me is the other walkway.

If you stand on my balcony and look to the right, this is the building down the end of the walkway. There's a small pond that's covered in front of it.
Speaking of icicles, here are the ones on the side of my balcony. My entry door is right underneath them.
I took some pics last night, but the night time pics didn't come out so well. One icicle one did, though.
